Next time you're looking at a ticket, click the APPS button at the top right and another column should display.
You should see three new apps that I've installed. The first will provide an in-ticket search facility listing the tags of the ticket as potential search terms. You can click the relevant tag name and it will appear in the search field or you can enter a word manually and click Search.
Last five results oddly enough shows the last five tickets requested by the user ticket you're viewing/working on.
Last but not least, we now have a cheerleader who provides cheesy, positive encouragement and feedback.
